How do the weekly payments work?
Payment options are agreed with the team after measuring and quoting. The existing service advertises plans from £10 per week with no interest. Your payment amount depends on your order and agreed plan. A pre-fitting balance may be required.
Is the home measuring visit free?
Yes. The business offers a complimentary measuring and planning service and brings flooring samples to your home.
Can I pay monthly instead?
Weekly and monthly payment options are available. Ask the team which arrangements are available for your quote.
What should I know before fitting?
Fitting charges are paid directly to the fitter. Clear furniture and remove existing flooring before your appointment. The team can explain preparation, subfloor requirements and any other costs before you agree your order.
What do I need to set up a payment plan?
You need to be over 18, provide ID showing your address and have a bank account to set up your plan. Discuss deposits and any pre-fitting balance with the team when you receive your quote.
