Your customer details

Pay Weekly Carpets Wales stores the name, address, mobile number and email you provide, together with your flooring choices, measurements and requested payment plan, to manage your account and your order or home visit request.

Your password is stored as a salted password hash. It is not stored in readable form. Your customer area uses a secure sign-in cookie to keep you signed in for up to seven days, or until you sign out.

If you use postcode address lookup when available, your postcode is sent to Ideal Postcodes to return possible addresses. You can enter your address manually instead.

If you submit bank details for an order, we store your account name, sort code and account number encrypted for authorised staff to process your Direct Debit setup manually. Staff access to these bank details is recorded. Your customer area displays only the last four account digits. Submitting bank details does not activate a mandate or take payment; the team will confirm arrangements.

Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing or take a payment. We use your contact details to discuss your request and arrangements. Requests and estimates are not confirmed orders or appointments until agreed with the team.
